Sansyl Group Acquires Blue Donkey Media
UITGEEST, Netherlands — Sansyl Group, parent company of AdultPrime Network, has acquired Blue Donkey Media B.V., owner of Dutch adult site Meiden van Holland, among several other erotic websites and television channels.
The acquisition includes 100% of Blue Donkey's shares and all of its assets, including soft-erotic television channel Secret Circle and the Belgian channel Vurig Vlaanderen. A rep from Sansyl added that all current Blue Donkey employees will be retained.
